Turning ideas into personalized AI stickers that people can share.
View in App Store

I designed and launched a 0 → 1 iOS app to the App Store in eight weeks of weekend work.
People could browse millions of premade stickers, but they had no easy way to create one that felt personal.
Pixora lets people turn an idea, drawing, or photo into a personalized sticker they can save, share in Messages, and explore in AR.
Design process
Users didn't know how to create high-quality stickers using only an input field.
To remove the uncertainty of starting from a blank input, I added step-by-step onboarding that guides users in creating personalized, high-quality stickers.
Final experience
Turn an idea or photo into a personalized sticker and save it to your sticker book.

Showing possible outcomes before asking people to create helped them form intent before writing a prompt.
I would measure onboarding completion, generation-to-save conversion, repeat generation, and which starting point—photo, example, or prompt—produces the most stickers people keep.
